Orzè was created to make this ritual even more special: a moka pot designed specifically for barley coffee, with a stretched steel filter plate that captures even the finest particles, ensuring a clear, smooth, and aromatic drink.
Its custom funnel is shaped to dose any kind of barley on the market with ease and precision, for a consistently perfect brew.

Materials
Food-grade aluminum EN 601: The boiler and upper part are made of EN 601-certified aluminum, compliant with Italian and European food safety standards.

Shipping & Returns
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without the need to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal The product may be opened and handled solely to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be possible in a physical retail store.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability.
Packaging and product condition The product must be returned undamaged, complete with all components (including accessories, manuals, etc.), and properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
While the original packaging is not mandatory, we recommend preserving and using it, whenever possible, to ensure adequate protection of the product.
The seller cannot refuse the return solely due to the absence of the original packaging, but reserves the right to withhold part of the refund if the product is returned damaged or incomplete.
Refund methods and timing The refund, including standard shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method chosen by the consumer. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of shipment is provided by the consumer.
Return shipping costs The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

Usage - Care - Maintenance Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Fill the boiler with cold water up to, but not beyond, the lower edge of the safety valve.
Insert the funnel into the boiler and add barley without pressing it, filling the funnel basket up to the rim.
Remove any barley residue from the edges of the boiler.
Screw the upper chamber onto the boiler firmly but without over-tightening, taking care not to apply pressure on the handle.
Place the orziera on the induction hob at medium power (barley extraction should be completed within 3 minutes). If using a gas flame, make sure it does not extend beyond the edge of the boiler.
Once brewing is complete, remove the orziera immediately from the heat source to avoid irreversible damage in future uses.
Adjust the induction hob to medium-low power for best results.

Before first use, brew and discard at least three servings of barley to clean the internal components.
Never unscrew the orziera before it has completely cooled down.
Do not touch the hot surface of the orziera; use the handle and knob.
Keep the orziera out of the reach of children during use.
During heating, ensure the safety valve is not facing the user.
Do not wash in a dishwasher.
Clean only with water, no detergents. Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaning products.
Never use the orziera without water in the boiler.
The boiler must be filled exclusively with water; do not use other liquids.
Do not use other infusions (such as cocoa powder, chamomile, etc.), as they may clog the filter holes.
Store the orziera only when completely dry, avoiding tightly screwing the parts together.

Periodically check the condition of the gasket and the barley funnel. If worn or damaged, replace them.
Check regularly that the filter holes are not blocked. If clogged, clean with a pin or small brush, or replace with an original filter.
