Food-grade aluminum EN 601: The boiler and upper part are made of EN 601-certified aluminum, compliant with Italian and European food safety standards.
Manufacturing quality in accordance with EN 13248.

Laser-perforated filter plate: Made of stainless steel and perforated using laser technology.

Handle and knob: Made of Nylon 6.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without the need to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The product may be opened and handled solely to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be possible in a physical retail store.

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability.

Packaging and product condition
The product must be returned undamaged, complete with all components (including accessories, manuals, etc.), and properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

While the original packaging is not mandatory, we recommend preserving and using it, whenever possible, to ensure adequate protection of the product.

The seller cannot refuse the return solely due to the absence of the original packaging, but reserves the right to withhold part of the refund if the product is returned damaged or incomplete.

Refund methods and timing
The refund, including standard shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method chosen by the consumer. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of shipment is provided by the consumer.

Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Fill the boiler with cold water up to, but not beyond, the lower edge of the safety valve.

Insert the funnel into the boiler and add barley without pressing it, filling the funnel basket up to the rim.

Remove any barley residue from the edges of the boiler.

Screw the upper chamber onto the boiler firmly but without over-tightening, taking care not to apply pressure on the handle.

Place the barley pot (orziera) on the heat source. If using a flame, make sure it does not extend beyond the edge of the boiler.

After brewing, remove the orziera from the heat source immediately to avoid irreparable damage from overheating.

When using induction, set the hob to medium-low power.

CARE
Ensure the orziera is intact and that all components are present. In particular, check for the presence of the safety valve, barley funnel, gasket, and filter plate.

Before first use, make and discard at least three barley brews to clean the internal parts.

Never unscrew the orziera before it has completely cooled down.

Do not touch the hot surface of the orziera; only use the handle and knob.

Keep the orziera out of the reach of children during use.

While heating, ensure the safety valve is not facing the user.

Do not wash in a dishwasher.

Wash only with water, without detergents. Do not use abrasive pads or products to clean the orziera.

Never use the orziera without water in the boiler.

The boiler must be filled exclusively with water; do not use any other liquids.

Do not use any other infusions (such as cocoa powder, chamomile, etc.) as they may clog the filter holes.

Store the orziera only when it is completely dry, and avoid fully tightening the parts during storage.

MAINTENANCE
Periodically check the wear condition of the gasket and the barley funnel. Replace them if worn or damaged.

Periodically check that the filter plate holes are not clogged. If blocked, clear them with a pin or small brush, or replace the filter with an original part.

Original spare parts are available in dedicated packaging at authorized retailers.
Avoid using non-original replacements.
